For Christmas this year my husband gifted me a Mountain crest Ultimate succulent club subscription. It includes four 2" potted plants and a mystery plant. I love this subscription and look forward to receiving my new succulents each month. They ship them the first Monday or Tuesday of each month, mine usually arrive on the 6th of the month. They include a book that states what to do once they arrive and basic care tips for succulents. Also include is 4 cards stapled together that tells you about the plants you received. I keep these in my desk drawer and refer back to them often. This months subscription box theme was spring green and included dancing bones cactus, lily pad aeonium, gollum jade, and haworthia cuspidata, They were packaged well and arrived in good condition. They were a little wrinkled, but had been in a box for a four or so days and the soil was dry.
I put them under one of my grow lights and will move them to a sunny window in about a week. This has worked really well for me so far. I like that Mountain Crest Gardens guarantees they will not send any repeats in the first year. They also have a different theme each month. February's theme was pinks and pearls and included string of pearls and jelly beans. This months theme was Spring greens. Mountain Crest gardens offers 14 day quality guarantee and you can get early back in stock notifications for rare plants. Overall I am really happy with Mountain Crest Gardens ultimate succulent club boxes. They care about their customers and they do a great job packaging their succulents. They also include a heat pack since its winter and cold where I live.
